TREE SECTION

The Tree Section of Manhattan Beach is very popular for families as most Tree Section homes have yards and give off that family neighborhood vibe; newer homes are generally ample in size. Many of the streets are named after trees which also line the streets. The American Martyrs area is in the Tree Section and is the more expensive area of this section which is between 15^th – 18^th off of Laurel; with 17^th Street being a cul-de-sac.

This area is bordered by Rosecrans to the North, Sepulveda to the East, Manhattan Beach Blvd to the South and the Sand Section to the West.
